- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The return must be initiated within “14 days” of the delivery date.
– Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
– Gift cards.
– Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- “Contact Us”: Email our customer service at support@multicooker.ca or our WhatsApp https://wa.me/16472889550 within 14-days of receiving your order, including your order number and a description of the issue.
- “Approval”: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- “Shipping”: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14-days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping 30$ will be deducted from your refund.
– For partial refunds (e.g., on sale items or partially damaged products), please contact our customer service team for specific handling.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
– Check your bank account or credit card statement.
– Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@multicooker.ca and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement.
- Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are “final sale” and cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14-days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs for the defective product.
- International Returns
If you are shipping an item from outside of Canada, please note that return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
