The REHEAT Function
With the help of this function you can warm up the meal even if it has just been taken out of the fridge.
The KEEP WARM Function
The RMC-M23A features a function of keeping the meal warm, which is being switched on automatically at the end of a program. However, we recommend using this function moderately, because prolonged thermal exposure may dry out your meal.
The TIME DELAY Function
The TIME DELAY function allows you to set the program to start at a certain time of day with a delay of up to 24 hours. Simply set the timer to have your meal ready for an early breakfast or by the time you come back from work.
CERAMIC COATED BOWL
Ceramic non-stick coating by Anato® (Korea) is scratch-free and has excellent non-stick and thermal conductivity qualities. Your food will not stick, and will fry or stew evenly throughout the whole process. The bowl may be used for product storage out of the device and for cooking meals in the oven. The bowl is dishwasher safe.
“100 RECIPES” cookbook
This cookbook comes as a result of a hard, long-term work by REDMOND chefs. All the recipes were adapted for this particular model, all of the dishes were made in the RMC-M23A and ingredients bought from a regular grocery store. Each recipe gives a step-by-step instruction on the process, time and temperature settings, proportions, and amount of ingredients used. The book also offers tips from our chefs to help make the process easier and more enjoyable.
Enjoy your healthy and delicious meal!
I purchased this particular model few weeks back. I have baked in it, steamed some green beans, cooked meats, made omlette and oatmeal. As much as I dislike oatmeal, I was surprised at how good it came out! I also have an electric pressure cooker and use both every other day. Haven’t had to use stove top since this thing came. It has tons of programs so I haven’t had to use multicook function yet but plan to do so for sous vide steak one day. Really happy with this purchase! Also for anyone that’s interested, I was able to buy stainless steel insert for it. Would definitely reccomend this product!
Got this for my wife as her Birthday Present. After living over seas and having one, she really missed it when we moved back state side. This thing has plenty of programs, and so far, everything my wife has made in it has come out tasking great. My wife is the better cook of the two of us (I prefer to grill stuff), and she really loved the recipe book that came with it. Lots of great ideas. The only thing she does not like is when you unplug the unit (we do not like to keep things plugged in if they do not need to be), the clock goes out. On her other Multi-cooker, the clock stays on. And from what she read on a forum, the turn button on this model has a potential to fail. Hopefully Redmond will stand behind it if it does. Otherwise, great little Multi-Cooker
