Product Warranty for Electrical Goods

Thank you for purchasing an electrical product from Multicooker CA. We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the durability and functionality of our goods. This warranty outlines the terms under which we will provide support for products purchased from our online store.

Multicooker CA provides a “24-month in-home warranty” on all electrical products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the 24-month warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no additional charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty applies to the following:

 

– “Mechanical and electrical components” that fail under normal, proper use.

– “In-home service”: For repairs or replacements, a technician will be sent to your home to assess and resolve the issue, without requiring you to send the product to us.

 

  1. Warranty Exclusions

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

– Damage caused by improper use, accident, or negligence.

– Wear and tear from normal usage.

– Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.

– Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or other minor issues that do not affect product functionality.

– Products used for commercial purposes, unless specified at the time of purchase.

– Damages due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes).
