Chop all vegetables (except potatoes) and parsley with a knife.

Cut the potatoes into 2 cm cubes.

Mix the minced meat, salt, spices, onion, egg, parsley, breadcrumbs and ground paprika until smooth. Form the minced meat into balls (kefte) with a diameter of 5 cm.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, add tomatoes, bell peppers and tomato paste. Set the “ROAST” program, cooking time 10 minutes.

Cook until the end of the program, with the lid open, stirring occasionally.

Press the “CANCEL” button. Transfer the prepared vegetables to a separate container.

Pour water into the multicooker bowl, add kefte and potatoes.

Close the lid. Set the “SOUP” program, cooking time 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the program, open the lid, add tomatoes with bell peppers, cumin, garlic, salt and spices to the bowl.

Stir and close the lid.
