Check to see if the pressure multi-cooker is plugged into a power source.

Problem: The appliance isn’t fastened tightly.
Reason 1: The sealing ring is improperly fastened or isn’t fastened at all.
Solution: Fasten the sealing ring correctly.

Reason 2: The sealing ring is dirty.
Solution: Clean the sealing ring.

Reason 3: The sealing ring is worn.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring.

Problem: The dish takes too long to cook.
Reason 1: Power supply failure
Solution 1: Check the voltage supply.
Reason 2: A foreign object has become lodged between the bowl and the heating element.
Solution 2: Remove the foreign object.

Reason 3: The bowl is improperly fixed into the housing.
Solution 3: Fix the bowl properly.

Reason 4: The heating element is dirty.
Solution 4: Unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Clean the heating element, wipe dry and replace the bowl into the housing of the pressure multi-cooker.
